PANNI was established as an individual concern in October 1968 by its current Chairman of the Board, Mr. Giovanni Panni, who designed and planned the first distributors and the first valves (ordered directly by industrial vehicle makers) at the outset of the seventies.

The results, seen in constant growth, encouraged the firm to widen the product range by starting a new cylinder construction network in the early eighties, following the creation of its own commercial company.

Today, the firm has a standard series of single and double acting cylinders, in addition to plunger cylinders and double-acting cylinders with several stages; but above all it specialized in the manufacture of cylinders by specific customer request to design carried out in its own departments thanks to qualified personnel equipped with the very latest design instruments.

Organized in two main production sectors, PANNI products have a very wide and diversified field of application, which is wider still in consideration of the tailor-made solutions designed and realized to meet specific requirements. Its valves and distributors, sold exclusively by HYDROCAR Group, are used in a great many vehicles with gears: Iveco, Mercedes, Renault, Eaton, …; the cylinders are fitted in various systems ranging from the various sectors of industry, from agricultural to general vehicles. The Firm has always availed of machines with the very latest technologies ( see enclosed). And it is precisely thanks to the important development and special attention to innovation that the Firm can guarantee a top-quality product able to meet the needs of the most demanding customers.

Hydroven became a reference for several companies in various fields thanks to its many years of consolidated experience together with the reliability, the quality and the safety of the components used.

The experience gained by the technical team and the opportunity that the Systems Division has regarding access to machinery and equipment for testing, permits the development of applications in various fields, the Firm has obtained UNI EN ISO 9001 quality certification for its system: (ISO 9001:2000).
